Tu kiranya dah penat lah tu.

Dan satu gambar insiden wajib rollerblading,

The other day dalam tren dengan Ya and Hani, I joked with them kalau my brother Zamil ada facebook account. He will write funny status. Things like:

penatnya baring!

OR

hari-hari dinner bubur. Bosan!

OR

Alamak sorry! Tersepak orang.

OR

Ishk. Air liur taknak stop meleleh.

OR

I have the best kakak in the whole wide world! <3

okaylah, the last one will be me updating his status. Hehehe
Yesterday a few of us went to KLIA to send Mamalang, Bahalang, Ateh G, Mak Zah, Makcik, Auntie Mi and Abg Uu to umrah. I am not one who fulfill 5 times a day prayers but the other night when my male cousins told me of their experience, I want to go too. They said it was great. Almost as if its a purification process. When you are there, you forget about the rest of the world. Its just you and your maker.

The nights before their departure, I had night out (3 nights in a row) with cousins at Kuantan and KL Lepak at Kopitiam and hear 1 of them pour his heart out. Jiwa kacau, that has been the theme the past 2 or 3 weeks. We usually just listen to him and help out by giving advice. Yes! Im the love guru again. For an older cousin at that!

One of the outing at Kemaman Kopitiam, Kuantan

Only yesterday I realised, that I'm having Jiwa Kacau too. I can't feel anymore. Too much things have happened. Now I don't know guilt, want and desire. I just couldn't care less. Jiwa kacau...

Maybe I just don't know what I want in life right now. Except to escape. And shoes! Kak Lisha said I have otak kasut right now. Because she said Colonel Sanders (of KFC) and I heard Kedai Sandal. Piss off, Im emo. Because my greyscale Kulkith that I have been waiting for 3months, DIDN'T FIT! So now Im selling it. Didn't have to go far. Ema wants to have it baaaaad! Untung lah you. Im not sure if I want to buy another pair because my feet is not suitable for that kind of shoes.

Bye bye Kulkith baby..sob..sob..

My feet are wide. Too hard to find comfortable shoes. Open toe ones are the safest choice. Maybe I should get these Buddhist monks shoes. Snapped the picture while was on the monorail last week. It looks cute and comfortable. Hehehe.. Back at Kuantan I managed to get 1 of 2 pairs that I wanted. Now in KL, my search for that green and purple ipanema continues!

Katie left for Goldcoast, Queensland on Monday. Along with her family. Bye bye katie! Thank you for having us at your place. And your almost inedible really pedas nasi goreng! I like her house. Its big and open. Like a cube with an open patio in the middle. This year I've been to 3 new houses of friends and loving each one. And I love each of my Omegoddesses too! Cant seem to get together with most of them at once. Too hard! But we definitely can reconnect when we meet. Aih rindu rindu!

Today, Im going rollerblading with siblings, nieces and nephews. That will be 3 nieces, 3 nephews, 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Maybe 3 friends might join too. Why all come in 3? Nurin's friends might join too. Hwaaaa bikin havoc! With only 3 or 4 of us to look after them. We'll see how it goes. Gosh!

By the way please note that the mythology that I'm incapable of getting sunburn have been destroyed. Thanks to 7 hours of fun at Gambang Water Park, my arms are scalding red and my BCG scar felt like its tearing apart. I'm not burnt as in turning black, but I am definitely burned red and darker. For a small water park that charges only RM20 it was whole lot of fun! Slides were AWESOME albeit the tiring stairs we had to climb. And the wave pool was a match for Sunway Lagoon's. Food was decently priced and tasted good too. Worth coming back to. Nasib baik dekat dengan rumah je.
Why do I love Malay novels so much? Because it all is about affairs in marriage. Despite using Abang to refer to the husband and corny storyline for some, its my guilty pleasure.

In English novels, its all about sex. Pre-marital sex, revenge sex, post break up sex, make up sex, sex with the boss, sex with the enemy, deceitful sex, and the most anticlimax type - husband and wife's sex.

Catered with all those different ones, the right type appears the most boring. And it doesn't seem pure. But its suppose to be! They've twist it all wrong.

That's why I don't have any favourite Hollywood movie. Except maybe A Walk In The Clouds starring Keanu Reeves. It doesn't showcase the lust of the main character. Instead, the main theme is love and respect to the family. Even so, the story wouldn't work in our culture. Too much relationship ethic issues.

Audrey Niffernegger's The Time Traveller's Wife is the only book I wouldn't mind reading again and again, repeat it soon after I finish it, and backwards first (never tried it before but I think it might work seeing the story doesn't exactly work according to chronological order). Meeting a man for the first time as a child, not knowing she's destined to be with him but loving him all the same - that is pure! Clare kept herself only for Henry while patiently wait to be joined with him in 'present'. And she never stopped loving him after he's gone.

Can't say the same for Henry at first because well he is after all, a MAN. In his defense, he only met her when he was 36, she was 6. So his past never include Clare eventhough they first started dating when Henry was 28 and Clare was 20. Confusing yet? Watch the movie. Better yet, read the book.

Oh! oh! Another favourite love affairs - ALL HINDUSTAN MOVIES! Storyline and scripts, captivating. Actors, alluring. Ending, perfect! Not to forget a tint of wonderful songs and scenes. Love it! The best part of all, they value their god and religion. Respect their family and customs. And they put marriage (in reference to sex) at the purest place. Just like we Malays should do!
Have you ever been the next best girl? The girl that THAT guy will turn to asking for advice. The girl he would call to accompany him to places. The girl he'll ask to be his date when he don't have one. The girl he can swears, fart and cry in front of. The girl he go to, to practice his confession towards his dream girl not knowing that this girl, have feelings for him too.

Very Kuch Kuch Hota Hai right? And that is exactly it. When Rahul confesses to Anjali but actually was practising it for Tina, I know how Anjali felt. As the rain starts to fall, so did all her hopes.

I never notice I was Anjali and Z was Rahul. We are not as close as them. We dont see each other daily. Heck, we have never had any face to face conversation. But Z was comfortable enough to give me a poem he wrote. He asked for me to translate it. It was beautiful. And it described marriage. Im not embarrassed to admit I wished it was for me.

I didn't keep it the first time he showed it to me. I did the second time though. Z was surprised I still remembered it. He thought I kept a copy of it. But I didn't. Told him its not mine and wasn't for me. I have it now but Im not going to publish it. Because its still not mine and still not meant for me.

Z was comfortable enough to call me in the middle of the night to help him calm his nerves. He was asked for time from his 'Tina' but he felt rejected. That was my Anjali moment. Remember the time Anjali looking really ugly crying her eyeballs out? It was the same for me.

I never thought I'd be living Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. But I did. So, will Rahul finally be with Anjali in my Kuch Kuch Hota Hai? Only god knows =)
